What is FlingGolf?
FlingGolf combines the basics of golf with the dynamic techniques of lacrosse. Here’s how it works:
- One Fling Stick, One Golf Ball: Instead of traditional golf clubs, players use a single Fling Stick to execute every shot.
- Same Course, New Technique: Play each hole as you would in regular golf, using a variety of fling techniques to drive, chip, and approach the green.
- Putting with a Twist: On the green, "putt" by pushing or sweeping the ball toward the hole with your Fling Stick.
FlingGolf is not only a unique sport but also a great way to introduce newcomers to the golf course and the game of golf itself.

Here’s what you need to know:
- Normal Green Fees Apply: FlingGolf follows the same pricing as regular golf.
- Tee Times Are Required: Book your spot to experience this exciting game. Remember your "tee time" is the time you should be at the teebox, plan additional time to learn/practice.
- Fling Stick Rental: Included with your green fee, so no additional cost to you! WE will just hold a drivers license until the FlingStick is returned.
- Make time to Practice Before You Play:
- “Fling” a bucket of balls on the range
- “Sweep” a few putts on the practice green to get comfortable with the techniques.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLAYERS:
- Scoring: Count your flings from tee to hole.
- Tee Shots: Fling the ball from behind the RED tee markers. You do take steps while flinging the ball.
- Further Shots: Mark your ball where it lies and fling your ball from behind the mark.
- On the Green: Once your ball is on the green, you place your feet, and with the ball in the putting notch on the side of the FlingStick® head, you push the ball toward the hole. You may not move your feet while pushing. You may also mark the ball, place it in the FlingStick® channel, and roll it toward the hole.
- Penalties: If your ball lands in a sand bunker or a water hazard, goes out of bounds or is lost, take a one-stroke penalty. Then:
- Sand Bunker: remove ball from the bunker and retreat up to 5 paces from the bunker along the line your ball traveled into the bunker. Fling the ball before reaching the bunker.
- Water Hazards, out of bounds or lost ball: Retreat up to 5 paces back from where the ball went into the hazard, out of bounds or area where it was lost, then fling the ball before you reach the hazard, out of bounds or lost area.
