RULES: Choose 10 golfers from the field below. Place an X in the box to the left of each golfer you choose. The scores from your Top 7 golfers will be used. Tie-Breaker: We will use the next best “non-counted” scores.

** This list is as of 2/28/23. There may be golfers on the list who don’t play, as well as some not on the list who do play. Write-ins allowed in the blank spots in the form.**
The top 5 finishers will be paid out in Mid Vallee Gift Cards.
1st – 35%; 2nd – 30%; 3rd – 20%; 4th – 10%; 5th – 5%
