This unique position offers a hands-on, well-rounded opportunity to work in various departments, primarily with the food & beverage operation & event management but also in all areas of our business. This role includes an exciting opportunity to help develop and promote a new wedding event business at Mid Vallee Golf Course!
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Bar/Cart & Kitchen Duties - Assist with the bar and beverage carts team - Prepare and cook short-order meals & banquet meals - Cooridinate banquets & events. - No experience necessary – training provided!
- Event Planning & Wedding Coordination (New Business Initiative): Assist in developing, promoting, and planning weddings and special events. Help establish marketing strategies, pricing structures, and vendor relationships. - Must be available spring, summer, and fall (limited winter hours available).

**Weekend/Part-time Bartender/Beverage Cart – Mostly work just one or two shifts per weekend when available.
Bartender/Beverage Cart – Part-time. Preferably 21 or older. Must be available Spring and Fall & 50% of weekends (see details).
- A customer-facing role serving beverages both in the bar and on the course.
- Provide exceptional service while preparing and serving beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Must be available in spring and fall. If you are a college student that is not local in Spring/Fall, you must also cross train in the kitchen-please mark both positions when applying. The kitchen position is easy to train for, no experience needed!

- Primarily evening shifts, especially Friday nights.

Part-Time or Full-Time Cook/Friday Night Cook
**Cleaning Crew – Perfect for early risers. Typically one to two shifts per week, year-round—finish work and enjoy a round of golf afterward.
- A great role for early risers looking for part-time, flexible hours.
- Perform general cleaning duties in bathrooms and the banquet hall.
- Typically one to three shifts per week, 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM (flexible).
- Seasonal position from April to October (winter hours available if desired).
**Maintenance Crew – Seasonal- full time, part-time or weekends only. Must be 18 or older and available spring, fall, and some weekends.
- This role supports landscaping and general course maintenance.
- Perform general landscaping and maintenance tasks.
- Operate various maintenance equipment (preferred but not required).
- Must be at least 17 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

**Part-Time Mechanic – Flexible hours, one to three shifts per week.
Flower Maintenance – Seasonal, 1-3 shifts per week.
- Perfect for those with gardening experience who enjoy working independently.
