Flexible days, hours and times. Number of hours per week are negotiable, depending on your schedule. We hire for as little as 1-2 shifts per week. We encourage our staff members to cross train in multiple areas, if preferred. Must be available Spring, Summer and Fall (some positions have year round hours available).
We are not currently hiring besides kitchen or another role combined with kitchen.
MUST be available some hours Spring and Fall. For future, we hire in Winter.

- Weekend Bartender & Beverage Cart (Usually 1 shift per week. Must be available Spring and Fall.)

- Cleaning Position Great for morning people. Get your work done and get in a round of golf after work.
- Shift Supervisor Great for those that enjoy management. Part time or weekends only- 1-3 shifts per week
Mid Vallee is a great place to work. Our 27 holes enables us to hold large outings and many different golf leagues; offering variety and a fast pace environment to our staff. Come join our team! We begin hiring for seasonal positions in December, apply early to ensure a spot for the following year!
Must be friendly and courteous to customers of all ages and fellow employees; be willing to work at a fast pace; be on your feet for long periods of time; and be hardworking, enthusiastic, and reliable. No experience necessary. Must have a strong desire to learn and be willing to go above and beyond what is expected at all times.
Position Descriptions:
Combination Cook, Bartender &/or Beverage Cart Driver:
Responsibilities will include providing exceptional service to our customers, serving food and beverages in the bar and/or beverage cart. Cook responsibilities will include short order and cooking, dishwashing, and banquet cooking for our large golf outings and special events. Wage to be discussed, includes free golf and discounted meals. Must be available Spring, Summer, and Fall. Hours also available in Winter. This position offers great variety and more hours in the kitchen, bar and/or beverage cart!
Shift Supervisor:
Responsibilities include supervising the day to day operation of the bar, proshop and/or kitchen. This position is often available based on promotion and experience. Part time-1 to 3 shifts per week. Must be available Fall, Summer, and Spring. Limited hours available in Winter.
Cook Position:
Responsibilities will include short order cooking, dish-washing, and banquet cooking for our large golf outings and special events. Other tasks may be expected based on experience. Wage to be discussed, includes free golf and free meals.
Friday Night Cook:
Responsibilities will include short order cooking, dishwashing, and banquet cooking for our large golf outings and special events. Other tasks may be expected based on experience. Wage to be discussed, includes free golf and free meals. Working primarily Friday nights for our fish fry. Additional shifts also available depending on your schedule.
Banquet Server / Prep Cook:
Responsibilities will include dish-washing, food preparation and serving food and beverages to our customers for our golf outings and special events. Other tasks may be expected based on experience. Wage to be discussed, includes free golf and free meals. Must be available Fall, Summer, and Spring. Limited hours available in Winter.
Dishwasher/Golf Cart Attendant:
Responsibilities will include dishwashing in the kitchen and cleaning carts in the proshop. Other tasks may be expected based on experience. Wage to be discussed, includes free golf and discounted meals. Shifts are primarily in the evening, especially Friday nights. Must be available Fall, Summer, and Spring.
Bartender/Beverage Cart:
Must be available in Fall and Spring! Preferably 21 years of age. Responsibilities will include providing exceptional service to our customers, serving beverages in the bar and on the beverage cart. Other tasks may be expected based on experience. Wage to be discussed, includes free golf and discounted meals.
Pro Shop Assistant:
Responsibilities will include providing exceptional service to our customers, taking tee times, answering phones, assisting with golf outings. Other tasks may be expected based on experience. Wage to be discussed, includes free golf and discounted meals. Flexible days, hours and times. Number of hours per week are negotiable, depending on your schedule. Golf Course Ranger:
Responsibilities will include helping enforce course policies, monitor pace of play, and assist players to make their experience more enjoyable.
Course Beautification Position:
Ideally available some weekend mornings or evenings. Correct any flaws on the course such as ball marks, divots, weeds, liter, etc. to keep the course in pristine condition during our busy weekends! Free golf for you and a guest. Attention to detail is a must, no experience necessary.
Maintenance Crew:
Responsibilities will include landscaping and maintaining of the golf course property. Mechanical ability and ability to use a variety of equipment is preferred. Must be available Spring, Summer, and Fall. Driver’s License Required. Must be 17 years of age to operate equipment. Wage to be discussed, includes free golf and discounted meals.
Flower Bed Maintenance:
Responsibilities will include maintaining the vairous flowerbeds and pots located on the golf course property. Previous gardening experience preferred. Ability to work independently. Must be available Spring, Summer, and Fall. Very part-time flexible hours. This position could be combined with another position to provide more hours.
Cleaning Position:
Early AM hours, 1-3 shifts per week, flexible for which days. Cleaning position is typically from about 6:30am-9am (time somewhat flexible). General cleaning in bathrooms & banquet hall. Seasonal position, about April - October. Some Winter hours avialable, if preferred.
