How early can we access the banquet room and ceremony space — and how late do we have access?

Banquet Room: You can begin decorating the banquet room at 10:00 AM on the day of your event. A barrier walkway will be in place during the day to ensure golfers do not walk through your space. If you’d like to drop off items the night before, please coordinate with the Mid Vallee wedding coordinator. All décor, personal items, and vendor equipment must be removed by 12:00 AM.

Ceremony Space: Décor and setup can begin earlier in the day with prior coordination. We take great measures to keep golfers away from your ceremony; however, there will still be some golfers on the course during setup. The golf area near the ceremony site is blocked approximately 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time, and the space is available for roughly one hour following the ceremony. Additional time may be arranged if needed. Family photos may also be taken near the ceremony location.

All times and access details will be discussed and approved by the venue coordinator.
