Reservations Policy

Upon receiving your completed contract, Mid-Vallee Golf Course will reserve adequate number of tee times for your outing. We will also make arrangements for any food or beverage at this time.

Your confirmation will be a $2 per player deposit due 14 days prior to your scheduled outing date. Failure to provide a deposit will result in the loss of your reservations.

Reservations for golf must be finalized no later than 48 hours in advance. Should the actual number of golfers be less than the number reserved, your outing will be charged for the number reserved including green fees, cart fees, and food if applicable.

Requests for exact starting times, play configuration (i.e. shotgun, crossover, etc.), and course assignments will be honored as close to request as possible. To request a shotgun start, you must have a minimum of 144 golfers. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Golf Professional reserves the right to adjust time and course assignment as he or she sees.

Weather & Rain Dates

If the weather is threatening, but playable on the scheduled date, we must charge for the starting times reserved whether you play or not, since the course was reserved for your use. If play is stopped and the course is closed, rain checks will be issued for a pro-rated portion of the green fees and cart fees. When play is not possible on the date scheduled (as determined by Mid-Vallee), we will do everything possible to schedule a rain date. If we decide that you cannot play at all, you will not be charged for the times reserved.
