Donation Policy for Charities

Mid Vallee prides itself in supporting many charitable organizations through donated rounds of golf.  Due to the large number of requests we receive, we have developed the following policy:

Due to our limited marketing budget and excessive requests, we only donate rounds of golf which can be redeemed during the week and weekends after 2pm.  We normally limit all donations to a twosome of golf per year per charitable group, unless special circumstances apply.   Cash donations will not be given.   

If your group would like to receive a donation from Mid Vallee, please send your request via email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or through the mail to the address shown below, attn:  Kathy.   Donation requests must be received at least 6 weeks prior to the event date.  Make sure your request includes the name of the charity, a contact person, and a mailing address.  Unfortunately, if you request does not have a mailing address listed on the form, you will not receive a donation.  Due to the vast number of requests we receive, we do not have the time to contact you by phone to get the mailing address information.
